How to request removal of your personal data
At The Sandbox, we respect your right to privacy and your right to be forgotten. If you would like to request that we delete all personal data associated with your account, please follow the instructions below.
Deletion Request Process
- Send an email from the address associated with your account to hello@the-sandbox.co
- In the subject line, write: DATA DELETION REQUEST
- In the body of the email, please include your full name and the username/email you use to access The Sandbox community.
What happens next?
Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity (usually by confirming you have access to the email address). Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and remove your personal information from our databases (including Supabase and any connected analytics platforms like PostHog) within 30 days.
Note: This action is irreversible.
